Yes, We would need certain details to be changed at the domain level, this can be initiated by us after the right details to login to the domain have been supplied, for more information on obtaining these details please see the Domain Management area.
I have email associated with my existing domain, can this email be kept
By all means, in fact it is important to know the email addresses you have for us to recreate them, for more info about branded email click here
What do I need to purchase a domain name
For a .com or a .net domain there are no special requirements. For .com.au purchases you will need to provide a valid ABN, that is not in a Family Trust. Totalwebsites.com.au uses Melbourne IT as its main registrar; we can register your domain for you as long as it’s available to be purchased.
How can I check if a domain name I want is available to purchase
